Beds: 3 bedrooms, Master bedroom with a double bed,  2nd bedroom with 2 singles and a third bedroom with bunk beds.

Bathroom:  Shower, sink and toilet.

Kitchen: The open plan kitchen is fully equipped. With an oven, microwave, 4-ring electric cooker, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, kettle, dolce gusto coffee maker. There is also a washing machine and a dryer on the ground floor.

Living room: With enough space to watch TV, enjoy the fire in the wood stove or read and relax.  The dining table offers space for 6 people

Size: The plot is 700 m2 and the house including covered terraces is 130 m2

Wifi: Yes

Pool: The pool is 4 x 8 meters and has heating, so from April to October you can swim in water of 25 degrees and more.

Terraces and shade: There are various terraces around the house. At the swimming pool in the sun and under the covered terrace, in the shade. You can also sit on the front and on the balcony, especially during the winter months, so you can enjoy the sun and the view.

Outside dinning: There is also an outdoor kitchen on the large covered terrace. There you can use the 4-burner gas stove and a double sink. There is also a barbecue and a paella burner and pans for the use of the tenants.

The casita can be rented for any period starting from 7 days. You can arrive from 5 pm and must have returned the key on the day of departure by 10.30 am at the latest. Should this lead to problems due to flight times, please advise us in advance, and we will let you know what we can do for you.

Low season:

Cleaning and Laundry  - 100 euros

Deposit - 350 Euros (refunded within 14 days after departure, after inspection of the house)

Pool towel (1 piece) 5 euro

Dutch satellite TV (per booking) 10 euro

Additional Terms and Conditions:

Per month rental: In the low season the house is also for rent per month. The rent is then between € 850 and € 650 per month exclusive, gas, electricity, water, TV etc. The amount of the rent depends on the number of users and the period. The rent must always be paid before the first day of the month, except for the reservation payment.

Down payment: 

Low and middle season is always € 700, namely the deposit and € 350 for the rent.

High season is always € 850, namely the deposit and € 500 for the rent.

The remaining rent and the costs for final cleaning and any extras will be paid on the day of arrival.

Deposit refund:

The deposit will be refunded to your bank account within 14 days after departure, after inspection of the house. Any defects will be reported to you within 5 days after departure, including the associated costs.
